Sometimes the greatest problem a student has at school isn't academic . . . A teacher notices that one of their students is wearing clothing several sizes too small, wearing the same thing every day or does not have a winter coat. Self-conscious and unable to concentrate on school work, the child is teased. The teacher refers this student to Our Kids Kloset where they are given clothing. The childs grades and attention span improve dramatically and so does their self-confidence! When students lack appropriate or warm clothing to wear to school, The Our Kids Kloset Program is able to help. We provide near new clothing, shoes, coats, hats, and gloves to the Trinity School District school children who are in need. The program is supported by parents, teachers and counselors in the school districts.
